How Can I Find My Solve API Token?

To find your API token, login in your Solve account. In the right corner of page layout, you will find More button. Click on it and select My Account. Then in the My Account menu click on API token, copy and paste the API key into the corresponding field of a migration wizard.

To find your Solve API token, follow these steps

  1. Log in to your Solve CRM account.
  2. Locate your profile picture or initials in the top-right corner and click on it.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select "Settings."
  4. Inside the Settings page, you'll find a section titled "API Tokens" in the left sidebar.
  5. Click on "API Tokens" to access the API token management page.
  6. If you haven't created a token yet, look for the "Create Token" button and click on it.
  7. Provide a name for your token, something that helps you identify its purpose (e.g., "Integration with XYZ Application").
  8. After naming the token, save your changes by clicking on the "Save" or "Create" button.
  9. Once saved, your API token will be generated and displayed on the page as a lengthy combination of letters and numbers.
