The number of Attachments that can be added to Content per 24 hours is 2500 by default. So, if you want to import 26000 files, the migration will last 11 days. 

To solve the issue, you can request Salesforce.com Support for the limit increase in line with the requirements of the project. More information about increasing the maximum number of ‘Content Versions’ you can find here.

If you have exceeded the Content Version limit in Salesforce, there are a few steps you can take to manage the situation:

Delete Unused Content

  1. Review and Delete Unused Content: Start by reviewing your existing content and identifying any outdated or unused files. Remove any content that is no longer needed or relevant. This can help free up space and reduce the number of content versions.

  2. Enable Content Version Deletion: By default, Salesforce does not allow you to delete individual content versions. However, you can contact Salesforce support and request to enable the "Delete" button on content versions. Once enabled, you can delete specific versions to free up space.

Contact Salesforce support or your Salesforce account representative to discuss your storage requirements and explore options for increasing your limits.
