What is Datavail ?

On behalf of the entire Datavail team, we hope you and your families are safe and healthy. We are “business as usual” during these very unusual times. Since mid March 100% of our organization is operating through the technology, systems and flexibility we have invested in over the years.
Datavail’s operation centers span 8 locations, across 4 countries. Our systems and processes are designed to enable a 100% remote workforce at any time, with full redundancy. Each of our support teams span at least four operation centers, meaning that if any operation center, building, city or country becomes unavailable, our services can be supported from our other operation centers or countries, without interruption to our service.

We continue to closely monitor the pandemic situation and adjust our strategies as appropriate. Our managed services have remained on-line and in-compliance with our SLAs. While there certainly is an elevated risk caused by COVID-19, our model, technology and diversity has served us well to be able to maintain service with our global teams working as one to service our clients.
