The managed IT services or managed services provider (MSP) model has been built on the idea that “one size fits all.” The traditional provider uses a pre-determined set of tools and vendors, which they call their “stack,” and attempts to force-feed it into every client’s environment.

Why? Because it makes it easier on them.
