Bitrix24 Unlimited

Bitrix24 offers more than a free CRM for unlimited users. It also offers unlimited contacts, leads, deals, and companies at every subscription tier. It`s a generous offer. Most CRMs limit these numbers or force you into a more expensive plan to increase capacity.


Bitrix24 lets you customize fields, deal stages, reports, quotes, and invoices. Adding options is generally no problem. But unlike its more flexible competitors, Apptivo and Zoho, you don`t get the opportunity to remove options. This leaves the CRM cluttered and difficult to navigate.

Sales Cycle Management

Most of the sales features for analytics, management, and automation are available only for the business plans, which begin at US$50/month for 50 users (with a two-year contract). Let`s take a closer look at what you get when you purchase a Bitrix24 subscription.

Workflows: Bitrix24 will automatically assign new leads and send auto-alerts to managers when a deal reaches a certain stage. You can also set up automated task creation. For example, you can associate a series of tasks with each stage of your sales cycle. As a lead progresses from one stage to the next, tasks are automatically assigned, and reminders are created. Email sends can also be automated, based on events (such as closing a deal) or time-based (such as a reminder to renew a subscription).
